Infeit promises that the lamps and lanterns supplied are CE certified;The lamps and lanterns enterprises have passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14000 management system certification;Infeit promises to strictly control the quality and environment management system in accordance with the ISO9001:SO14000 series quality and environment management system for the design, development, production, manufacturing, inspection, packaging, commissioning and other links of the provided LED lamps and lanterns;Infeit guarantees that the quality of the lamps and lanterns provided conforms to the national quality inspection standards such as GB7000.201-2008 or enterprise standards.

Installation, commissioning process services

Infeit provides the following services to the LED lamps and control systems selected by customers:Technical guidance for installation and debugging of lamps and lanterns and system is provided for free, including technical guidance for the whole process of installation of lamps and lanterns, technical guidance for the whole process of debugging of control system and coordination with project acceptance, etc. (customers only need to be responsible for the accommodation of technical personnel sent abroad) to ensure the realization of the whole lighting design effect;And according to customer needs, to provide simple maintenance lamps, control system operation and other related technical training.

Warranty period and after-sales service

　　1. Infeit promises to provide free three-year warranty for the LED lamp products provided under the condition of correct installation, proper use and maintenance (it can be extended by negotiation if necessary).Within the warranty period, if the annual failure rate of point light source series products is less than 1%, linear light source series and high power series products is less than 2%, Infeit shall be responsible for free repair or replacement of the damaged lamps and components;If the failure rate exceeds this ratio, Infeit shall be responsible for free product maintenance or product replacement of the damaged lamps and components, and bear the labor costs for disassembly and installation of the faulty lamps and components;If the annual failure rate of the product is greater than 15%, Infeit shall be responsible for replacing all the products of the same type in the whole project and bear the labor costs of disassembly and installation of the lamps.

　　2. Infeit undertakes to repair and repair the LED lamps and control systems provided. In case of any quality damage caused by improper use of the LED lamps and control systems by the customer upon expiration of the warranty period, Infeit shall be responsible for handling and solving the problem, and shall charge the appropriate material fee.

　　3. Infeit has a special technical support department to maintain customer projects. After receiving customer complaints, technical support personnel will give technical support to customers by phone in the first time and guide customers to carry out maintenance;If still cannot be solved, technical support will be arranged to the project site for maintenance. In principle, 24 hours response, 48 hours to the site for maintenance.
